AI Automation Line Map
Five production workflows I run at GROW HQ, drawn as a transit map. Each line starts with one command and ends with something delivered: a report, a scheduled video, an edited cut, a podcast post or an action list from a video briefing.

All lines start at Claude Code
Agency work is full of repeatable chains: fetch a recording, transcribe it, pull numbers into a sheet, file it, tell the team. Done by hand, every chain costs hours and invites small mistakes, and client data has to stay where it belongs.
- Each workflow is a Claude Code command with written rules, checks and a progress table, so every run is repeatable and every step is visible.
- Transcription runs locally on the Mac with Whisper, so recordings never go to a cloud transcription service.
- Quality gates before anything leaves: transcript loop checks, audio-sync and frame checks on videos, and an approval step before publishing.
- APIs instead of clicking: Google Sheets, Notion, YouTube, Podigee and WordPress are written to directly.
- Every run ends with a status table, and the Notion task or comment for the team is always the last step.
In regular use at GROW HQ since summer 2026, across several client accounts. Client names and numbers stay out of this write-up on purpose.
